It’s well-known that sleep is critical to good health. Unfortunately, many of us are chronically sleep-deprived, a condition that can leave us stressed and anxious. In fact, research indicates that chronic insomnia can lead to serious illness and even early death.

Headlined by valerian, a herb characterized by its natural sedative properties, ValeriCalm is a soothing formula consisting of six combined herbs, carefully chosen for their ability to relieve tension, anxiety, and insomnia. In particular, the antispasmodic and sedative actions of ValeriCalm help to ease and relax the nervous system and muscles.

ValeriCalm provides gentle relief for sleeplessness and day-time anxiety, with the added benefit of never inducing a “drugged-like” state.

Adult Dosage: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, the full 6 ml (180 drops) daily dose may be taken in a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime.
