Recommended Dose/Use (Adults and children 12 years and over):
Take 1 tablet, orally, every 6-8 hours for relief of nasal congestion due to cold or hay fever. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets.

Medical ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Ephedrine Hydrochloride................... 8 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, Mucrocrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid.

Warnings/Contraindications:
Do not exceed recommended dosage or take for more than 7 days except on the advice of a physician. 
Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have; heart or thyroid disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate or if you are taking any prescription drugs.
Do not use if you currently taking or have recently taken Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor drugs (MAOIs).
