The combination of ingredients used in MaxMethyl was shown to significantly reduce homocysteine levels after just 6 weeks of supplementation. Trimethylglycine can reduce homocysteine plasma levels by as much as 30%. B vitamins, specifically B6, B12 and folic acid, have been shown to reduce the risk of stroke by reducing homocysteine levels.
